You will be joining one of the leading hearing healthcare companies in the world and you will be working at Demant Headquarters in Denmark placed in Smørum. As our new Product Marketing Coordinator, you will be part of Demant’s Product Marketing Support team, which is part of Demant’s Global Marketing Team. The team is responsible for supporting new product introductions, instructions, and data sheets, both regarding developing new materials and updating the materials that are already on the market. We focus on delivering a quality experience towards hearing clinics and users of Oticon, Sonic, Phillips and Bernafon’s hearing aids.

Work with multiple stakeholders across our organisation
It is important that you have a personal interest in optimizing our ways of working and ensuring that we deliver our materials timely and with an eye for details. A key part of this role lies in working with several stakeholders across the organization and being good at coordinating multiple tasks while complying with the relevant regulatory requirements.

Be the coordinating force of our master marketing materials
In collaboration with various stakeholders, you will be responsible for the development and coordination of master marketing materials in the Product to Market Track
Other responsibilities are:

• Support the update of mandatory materials across our brands
• Coordination of Go to Market Material development
• Development and coordination of delivery of fitting software and App related Product to Market deliveries and activities
• Support and coordinate the development of private label materials
• Assist with planning future updates and keeping track of ongoing updates.
• Ensure timely delivery and handover to Demant’s graphical production team in Global Marketing
• Ensure the coordination of and support the obsolescence of mandatory materials and ensuring that the systems are updated accordingly
• Support and assist Product Specialist deliverables

Your profile and qualifications
Your educational background could be within the marketing field, however your educational background is not the most important factor. Preferably, you have 2 years of experience from a similar position, it is an advantage if you have been working within the medical or life science industry and you have good interpersonal skills and a natural desire to meet deadlines.

Further more, you pay great attention to details and you have a consistent and structured way of working. You are proactive, independently working and you are able to keep track of your responsibilities. You enjoy coordinating input and deliveries and if you have project management skills it is a plus.

As we are a global company, you will be creating all content in English.
