We are looking for a team-oriented student assistant with “can-do” attitude. You will be part of our global CRM Marketing team – working with customer loyalty and retention.

Responsibilities/Tasks:

Be responsible for own projects and tasks related to NPS (Net promotor score) and CRM programs
Assist on the onboarding and roll-out of NPS and CRM programs
Assist on the implementation of a global loyalty strategy
Be the go-to person in terms NPS support
Monitor NPS dashboards
Prepare customer satisfaction performance reports
Assist on the development of our next-gen CRM programs
Collect and organize consumer insights and data
Coordinate content and technical details for our global CRM programs

Who are you:

You are probably in the last year of your bachelor’s degree or starting a master’s degree in the field of marketing and communication.
You speak and write English fluently
You have some experience with market research
You have an eye for the details
You know how to follow-up and follow-through
You are service minded and have positive attitude
