Student Assistant, Digital Marketing, CRM & Automation
Are you interested in CRM, customer loyalty, email marketing and data analysis – and are you looking for a student position where you will have many stakeholders and close contact with our sales companies around the globe?

You will be part of Demant and our Hearing Instrument Group, which develops and produces some of the worlds most advanced hearing instruments and help millions of people around the world with their hearing loss.
In our team we develop and roll out global and scalable CRM marketing automation programs and support our sales companies in execution of campaigns and programs with the customer journey, and Demant overall business goals in mind.
We are looking for a team-oriented student assistant with “can-do” attitude
Joining us you will be a part of our CRM & Marketing Automation team and can look forward to taking on a wide range of tasks:
- Monthly performance reporting; collect, organize insights and data
- Assists on onboarding and implementation of automation programs; Coordinate and follow up with Sales companies
- Set up Google Analytic tracking
- Assist in developing webforms and automation program
- Coordinate content creation for our CRM activities and programs
- Update all content in automation programs when launching new products and services
- Operational support in our Email marketing platforms
- Ad hoc tasks
About you
- You are studying a B.Sc. or M.Sc. within a relevant field
- You are positive, proactive, and motivated by learning
- You are structured and systematic and never lose track of the tasks or the involved stakeholders
- You are organized with strong attention to details
- You are confident in data handling and analysis
- You have some experience with CRM and email marketing platforms and have some hands-on experience with Google analytics, Power BI (not a must but preferable)
- You have a curious and outgoing mindset and can work independently
- You have a technical flair and a strong interest in digital communication and CRM
Our company language is English, and we expect that you speak and write English fluently.
You working hours are around 15 hours per week. We are flexible in scheduling your hours, especially during your exam periods, and we also offer you great flexibility regarding working remotely.
