Would you like to work with project management and marketing excellence in a large international company supporting 4 Hearing aid brands for countries all over the world?
Right now, we are searching for a brand-new director to lead a new established Marketing Office, which will serve as a center of excellence for our Global Marketing department. The purpose of the department is to drive and facilitate marketing excellence and portfolio brand strategy projects in close collaboration with key stakeholders across Global Marketing and other functions.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a director, you will report directly to the SVP of Global Marketing, which consists of approx. 200 people and be part of a leadership team with 7 other senior leaders. Here, you will have the opportunity to put your mark and influence the marketing strategies and priorities.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for leading a small, newly established team with skilled project managers, facilitating marketing excellence and portfolio brand strategy initiatives across our 4 brands in close collaboration with key stakeholders across Global Marketing and other functions. Your closest stakeholders will be: Commercial Excellence, Sales, Product Programmes, Customer and Competitor Insights.
Together with your colleagues in the Global Marketing leadership team, you will define our strategies and be a great ambassador for the function. You will be responsible for delivering key business initiatives through in the Global Marketing organization. Furthermore, you will facilitate communication and various cross team initiatives and promote transparency around progress, results and important knowledge sharing within Global Marketing and towards other functions and markets. Finally, you will be responsible for driving our key processes and stakeholder alignment.
To sum up, your key responsibilities include:

Project management profile with Marketing experience
Currently, you might find yourself working in a similar marketing role in a global company. Additional to your experience you bring excellent project management competencies and proven leadership skills to the table. Also, you have several years of strategy work involvement combined with the experience of running impactful business projects. You have a great business understanding, analytical skills and you can ensure high engagement in your team through direction setting, involvement and inspirational leadership.
Finally, you bring experience with close collaboration with consulting and marketing agencies in a large international company.
As a person, you possess good networking abilities, and you can collaborate widely across the organization, global and local, at all levels. Finally, on a personal level, you understand cultural dynamics of working with stakeholders in multiple countries.
