You’ll work with an outstanding team of product marketing professionals, ranging from Product Specialists to Project Managers and Business Owners,” Says Jane Prip Kruse, Senior Director, Commercial Release Management.
As Product Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the team in releasing new solutions in the development and execution of product marketing materials, as well as coordinating the deliverables towards our Private Label accounts.
In Commercial Release Management, we are responsible for the continuous commercial releases of new solutions and features that improve the lives of millions of people with hearing loss.
The position is based at our head office in Smørum, Denmark and you will be part of a dedicated team of specialists and marketing professionals and report to the Director, Commercial Release Management.
In this fast-paced role, it is crucial that you can focus and deliver on time to support the successful launch of our products, occurring several times a year. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Join our dynamic Commercial Release Management team
As Product Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the team in releasing new solutions in the development and execution of product marketing materials, as well as coordinating the deliverables towards our Private Label accounts.

Your primary focus will be to:
In this fast-paced role, it is crucial that you can focus and deliver on time to support the successful launch of our products, occurring several times a year. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist with developing product- and -technical materials (e.g., technical datasheets and Instructions for Use)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, Product Management, and Global Marketing, to ensure successful product launches
- Plan and follow up on projects with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate and support the creation of a wealth of technical and product-related materials
- Coordinate ad hoc tasks such as updating mail groups, hands-on product handling etc.
- Coordinate private label deliverables across the organization, ensuring proper implementation within our releases
Mastering stakeholder management and coordination
We value practical experience over formal education. This role requires solid communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to organize tasks and devising solutions to various problems.
Besides this, you bring:
- The ability to work well in a time-sensitive setting, meet deadlines, and to prioritize various tasks
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- High proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Experience from working in documentation- and process-regulated environments is advantageous
- Experience in similar roles, especially in international settings, is advantageous
