The Device Strategy and Marketing team is part of Portfolio Strategy Unit in the global, commercial organisation of Novo Nordisk. The team consists of diverse and passionate individuals who are responsible for providing commercial direction to device development projects, while also ensuring strong launch and lifecycle management of the mature device portfolio. As our new Senior Global Project Manager, you will be responsible for strategy development and execution, commercial device guidance to important portfolio dilemmas, and device development projects. Your primary role will be to lead commercial device projects and provide commercial guidance to projects across therapy areas by independently driving and executing strategic priorities. You will work with many different stakeholders across the organisation in the pursuit of commercial objectives across the (medical) device lifecycle. Further, you will be responsible for developing strategy and project management capabilities in the team. In this role, you will be able to develop your competencies within (medical) device strategy and marketing through multiple strategic projects, where you will represent the commercial voice. You will be able to apply your skill set within strategy, project management, problem-solving, marketing, commercialisation, stakeholder management, and more. The position reports to the Head of Device Strategy and Marketing. Qualifications You have a relevant university degree within e.g. business administration, economics, marketing, public health, or a business master along with 2+ years of relevant experience from working with e.g. strategy development, project management, (medical device) marketing, and development projects in a company setting.
You are an experienced problem-solver and strategic thinker who is known for your ability to apply a structured approach and execute successfully on commercial projects, and your primary driver is to make a difference in the future – to patients, to the environment and to the business. You have strong organisational skills and pay attention to detail. You are a committed team player, and you have an inclusive and flexible approach.
