We are now looking for a fixed term Channel Marketing Manager for a 1-year maternity leave cover.
As the Nordic Channel Marketing Manager, you will lead the Nordic Customer and Channel marketing team of 5. The team is responsible of driving market activation & presence, omnichannel customer experience and brand relevance together with the retailer partners. With your team, you play a key role in driving customer centricity in the organization. You will work both on strategic and operation level and are one of the first to take an active role to get the things done when needed.
The focus of the team is on imaging products (photo & video) and printers for home and small offices. The target audiences vary from consumers to professionals to businesses. The team is responsible for market activities in the Nordic and Baltic countries.

- Implement and execute Nordic and European Marketing strategies and initiatives in an effective and efficient way.
- End-to-end approach within the activity planning and execution, across team and country borders.
- Define the Nordic Channel Marketing plans and key activities in order to maximize sales, market share and profitability in cooperation with the Nordic Sales Channels, Marketing communication team and Nordic management group.
- Proactively deliver efficient sales tools connected to the customer journey
- Plan and execute strong, integrated product launches into the Nordic market in cooperation with key stakeholders.
- Take the initiative and drive the overall progression on strategic projects across the region.
- Investment management: Monitor Channel Marketing activity ROI and identify improvement points in order to maximize sale and profitability
- Provide guidance, clear commercial direction and coordination to the Customer and Channel marketing team with the purpose of ensuring key objectives are reached and aligned across the whole business.

You describe yourself as:
- Motivating/ coaching approach to others - having experience from leading a small team or workgroup.
- Influential – you lead by example and inspire
- Having a strategic mindset with a strong focus on tactical execution - not afraid to take your part of the practical work
- Self-driven as an individual - and good at prioritizing tasks and time
Experiences we would like to see
- Know-how when it comes to developing, implementing, and driving marketing activities together with external partners & agencies
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships of influence
- Documented experience from role(s) where an end user centric approach to market was applied.
- Documented success in working with projects, tasks, or campaigns where digital marketing opportunities and/or lead generation played a key part.
- Preferably Nordic and/or European outlook and cultural understanding
You will need
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in leading a team
- Possibility to travel 3-5 days per month
- Fluent in both in spoken and written Danish as well as fluent in English
