The position In this role, you will have the opportunity to make an impact across the Digital Health area in Novo Nordisk, by leading a team of product owners, that drives solutions for people living with serious chronic diseases as well as identify new opportunities to create an impact with Digital Health. To succeed in this role, you will develop strong relationships and secure engagement with key stakeholders, internally and externally. Proactive communication and close collaboration across the organization are key to success in this role! Additionally, you will: Lead a team of eight highly skilled individuals – with an ambition to scale further Drive improvements in our product ownership and incubation capabilities and scale within Digital Health Champion product ownership and product incubation capabilities across our commercial teams and act as the centre of excellence within the organization Establish a strong network of global, regional, and local stakeholders to facilitate project decisions, challenge and explore potential solutions, and ensure stakeholder commitment You will report to the Vice President of Digital Health Strategy, Product and Data and become a part of the leadership team. The role has a global reach and travel is expected up to 10-15 days per year. Qualifications We don’t have any formal educational requirements, so if you believe this role would be right for you, you should apply. However, typical candidates for this position would have; Product ownership/development background with several years experience e.g., working with digital products in a commercial, strategic context Solid leadership experience with a track record of developing empowered teams Strong communication skills – fluency in English is a must What we do require, however, is that you have a passion for Digital Health and would like to make an impact to the benefit of patients. Additionally, you have a proactive and strategic mindset with a proven history of driving change and creating followership. About the department Digital Health is part of the Commercial Strategy and Corporate Affairs, and we ensure that patients are provided with the best possible benefits from Novo Nordisk products by addressing unmet patient needs through Digital Health solutions. In Digital Health, we drive and anchor the global Digital Health strategy, as well as our commercial partnership strategy. We own and shape the commercial development of Digital Health solutions, both internally and through partners, based on connected insulin injection pens and digital solutions. We define go-to-market strategies for such solutions and the real-world data strategy for data collected through digital health solutions and generally function as the center of excellence globally for Digital Health.
