The position As an Associate Brand Director at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Set direction and drive strategic projects with our commercial obesity brands with a growing body of evidence in a highly hetrogenous, developing global market
  • Collaborate with a multitude of stakeholders across functional areas and geograhpies to achieve common long-term goals.
  • Apply your expertise to anticipate the future and initiate and execute large-scale, complex projects with high-quality deliverables.
  • Build strategic networks with key stakeholders to facilitate decisions that benefit Novo Nordisk and society.
  • Participate in the development of strong strategies aligned with the Novo Nordisk portfolio of medicines in other therapy areas.
  • Utilize your knowledge of Novo Nordisk's best practices for portfolio management, launch management, and life cycle management.
    • Qualifications As an individual, you possess outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, demonstrating strategic thinking and the capability to develop and execute plans effectively. Your personal leadership skills and adept stakeholder relationship management further enhance your professional capabilities. Key skills that will enable to you to be successful in this role:
  • Substantial work experience in life sciences, consulting, and/or pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Expertise in cross-functional processes and governance, including portfolio and tactics development and longer-term strategy.
