Contribute to the strategic development of our social media approach

This is a global position, which includes hands-on tasks as well as strategic development of our social media approach. To succeed in this role, your expertise in content management, data analysis, and retargeting contributes to impactful social media campaigns and improved overall performance.

You will join our marketing team of seven people with a worldwide responsibility for marketing of products and solutions across all business areas as well as the overall branding of Terma. As our Social Media Professional, your colleagues will look to you for inspiration, guidance, and domain knowledge within social media.

Your responsibilities

You will enhance our social media presence, strengthen brand identity, generate leads, and effectively engage with decision-makers in our industry. Your primary responsibility is to take ownership of our social media channels to support Terma’s branding and marketing activities.
As our expert on social media, your main tasks will be to:

  • Manage our social media accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, and X as well as our videos on YouTube.
  • Establish and reinforce our brand identity, tone of voice, and values across social media platforms.
  • Drive content in English for all social media channels in collaboration with Marketing Business Partners.
  • Increase visibility and reach to potential customers, building a larger audience base.
  • Implement strategies to generate qualified leads through targeted LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Work closely with Human Resources on employer branding activities.
  • Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, refine social media strategies, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Develop annual performance report based on KPIs for social media activities, providing actionable insights for the team.

How to succeed in this position?

Most likely you have a university degree in Marketing or similar, and you have experience from a similar position working with digital marketing and/or social media in a B2B/B2G context. We are looking for the following skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with primarily social media.
  • Expert knowledge on organic content and paid campaigns on LinkedIn.
  • Experience with setting KPIs for social media, analyzing, and converting data into actions.
  • Articulate and fluent in writing English.
  • Experience from working in an international environment is an advantage.
