The position
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the development, planning, and execution of the genAI/AI Commercial Capability Programme, collaborating with both internal Novo Nordisk stakeholders across global commercial functions and external learning experts and suppliers.
As a Global Project Lead, you will:
• Manage and lead projects related to commercial capability building.
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure the successful implementation of capability building programs.
• Acts as subject matter expert and strategic learning partner to develop new ways of learning.
• Stay up-to-date with key learning trends and dynamics within commercial capability building.
• Contribute to innovation efforts, particularly in the genAI/AI space.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• 2-5 years of experience in commercial, digital, or capability building functions, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or related sectors.
• Strong project management and change management skills with a proven track record of success.
• Profound knowledge of key learning trends and dynamics within commercial capability building.
• Passion for innovation, particularly in the genAI/AI space, with the ability to develop deep insights, drive innovation, and collaborate within a global matrixed team.
• Master’s degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or another relevant field.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.

About the department
The Commercial Capability Programme (GMAX+) is anchored in Corporate Strategy & Commercial Affairs (CSCA) Executive Office, led by the Vice President. GMAX+ is headed up by the Director and consists of six team members, four based in Denmark and two based in India. As part of our positive work culture, we value diversity, new ideas, and teamwork.
