klarify.me wants to make the lives of those who suffer from allergy easier by offering a combination of innovative products and transformative services. We are an exciting new direct to consumer brand built within ALK (Allergy Laboratory Copenhagen) – a storied pharmaceutical company with a rich history in the allergy space. Having been founded in 1923, we lean on almost 100 years of allergy research and scientific pioneering achievements and successes. As we look to scale our business further, we’re seeking a committed eCommerce manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive our UK operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Accountable for the continuous optimization of the UK ecommerce business in line with overall strategy
• Report on performance and based on trends, identify opportunities for better site merchandizing, conversion rate optimization and general site experience improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing for the ideation and execution of campaigns/projects pertaining to:
• SEO
• SEM
• Display
• Affiliate
• Paid/organic social
• Email
• Larger campaign development
• Responsible for localizing all content to be used across the site
• Collaborate with the global head of eCommerce in the planning and implementation of prioritized UX enhancements and CRO related initiatives
• Identify and share local market trends and marketing and growth opportunities, assisting with implementation and execution in collaboration with internal teams
• Engage in close cooperation with the international Consumer Care Division, Customer Service, Medical, Supply Chain Management, IT, Fullfilment Partners
• Participate in international off-sites and cross borders projects
• Provide input for further development of analysis and reporting tools and help drive ongoing optimization of sales and marketing processes across klarify.me
• Monitor and quality assure all e-commerce processes in collaboration with global team
• Report into and spar with global head of eCommerce
Your profile:
• Three to five years of direct eCommerce experience
• Experience with various aspects of digital marketing a plus
• Ability to navigate and manage a CMS based system (Shopify, Magento, etc)
• Familiarity with SaS based solutions such as: reporting tools (Google Analytics), customer service tools (ZendesK), ratings and review platforms (Yotpo, BazaarVoice), project management tools (Basecamp, Jira, etc), the Google Suite, etc
• Strong analytic mind with an interest in a data-driven, result oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with senior leadership
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building new things
