They are currently in need of a Technical Product Manager for their INDUSTRY team, who can connect customers and suppliers across the entire electronics lifecycle – from initial idea to concept and finally, full-scale production.
Driving innovation and building strong partnerships
In this role, you will utilize your technical expertise to help and support customers solve challenges and make the right decisions for their development projects. You will work closely with R&D teams at customer sites, visit them regularly, and uncover new opportunities.
You will act as the bridge between customers and suppliers, ensuring clear communication of customer expectations and keeping documentation in order. Your projects will typically last from 6 months to several years, so it is important that you follow up and keep everything running smoothly.
Building strong relationships is crucial — both with customers and suppliers. Your goal is to ensure everyone is satisfied with the solutions provided, while also identifying new projects and opportunities along the way.
You will switch between working from home, in the office in Vallensbæk and visiting customers.
Your team
There are around 15 employees in Vallensbæk and three in the INDUSTRY team, which will be your closest colleagues (two Technical Product Managers and a Key account manager).
You will report to the Director of Sales, Lars Dich.
Your team will make sure that you get the best possible onboarding and receive all the training that you need.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Maintain strong relationships by visiting customers often to follow up on projects, identify new needs, and establish good working relationships with both mechanical and electronics teams.
Project and Product Management: Oversee projects from concept to completion, managing timelines, tracking design opportunities, and ensuring supplier resources are effectively utilized.
Supplier and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the link between customers and suppliers, ensuring clear communication of expectations and aligning with internal teams to drive solutions.
Product Advocacy and Market Insight: Present new products, identify new projects, and stay ahead of market trends while integrating customer feedback into product development.
Technical Expertise and Commercial understanding: Solve technical challenges, guide customers in decision-making, and create tools that highlight technical value, becoming a trusted advisor.

Professional qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience from an R&D or application engineering role. i.e. from hardware development, within the electronics industry
- Strong understanding of electronic components and design principles
- Willingness to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends within the electronics industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively between customers and suppliers and provide technical support to R&D teams
- The ability to evaluate technical solutions based on commercial viability
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
