As a Team Lead for Blades structural Integrity and design, you will join the Blade Unit in Service Technology where we focus on keeping high the reliability of our products by structural integrity evaluation and technology development. This role will coordinate and supervise Engineering activities for Systems, lead and advise a team of qualified professionals and ensure adherence to processes and procedures.

This role will coordinate and supervise Engineering activities for Systems, lead and advise a team of qualified professionals and ensure adherence to processes and procedures.
Main responsibilities of the position are:
- Leads, develops and motivates a group of dedicated qualified employees and professionals functionally to achieve the targets set.
- Ensures adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures, for the Engineering Team assigned.
- Coordinates Engineering activities performed by a team of professionals and technicians and controls execution according to the organizational guidelines.
- Provides suitable work environment and implements people management processes.
- Lead a group of dedicated qualified employees and professionals also disciplinary.
- Plan and allocate resources and budgets to Engineering projects or activities
You should have a natural flare for driving a technical team of engineers, working in a global and multicultural environment. As such, your qualifications are:
- You hold a MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or similiar.
- You have 5+ years experience working with Wind Turbine Blades or similar light-weighed structures.
- Preferably you have 2+ of managing a team of engineers.
- You have a solid understanding of light weight structures and composites
- You are familiar with FEM analysis and have a good understanding of composite materials
- You have excellent communication skills and are able to communicate to different stakeholders in a clear and convincing manner
- You have a structured approach to your work and are able to handle simultaneous assignments without losing the overview
- You have excellent English skills both orally and in writing and preferably you possess a good knowledge of Spanish language
- At least 20% from the time will be spent in Denmark
