You will join our Industry department
As our new colleague you will be part of the Industrial Projects department. We are currently 20+ dedicated and passionate department members all managing our clients’ industrial projects from start to finish on projects throughout the world.
As industrial refrigeration and heat pump specialist you will be a part of a strong professional environment with a lot of success, where you will be working closely together with a wide variety of specialists, all working to design world-class projects for our clients. In Denmark and on international projects.
You will be involved in all stages of the projects, from initial idea to detailed design and project completion. You will be overall responsible for the design of both complex and traditional energy & refrigeration projects as well as heat pump systems for clients throughout Denmark and abroad. This will be led by you and the department and supported by Ramboll’s extensive network both in- and outside of Denmark. Your work will often be part of the total design of the industrial facilities for our clients.
Depending on your preferences, you can either be placed at Ramboll’s office in Aarhus or Vejle.

The job as industrial cooling specialist entails close collaboration both across disciplines internally in Ramboll, but also with our clients. This means that you are client-centric, bringing the best of Ramboll. It is therefore an advantage if you are outgoing and solution driven, meaning that you are at ease with dealing with clients and can communicate complex technical services.
With your expertise in the area you are also naturally in a position to share your extensive knowledge with your lesser experienced colleagues. Being a part of a knowledge company of course also means learning a lot from others.
It will be an advantage if you previously have been working on international projects as well, however this is not a prerequisite.

- An education as a Mechanical Engineer, specialized in energy systems and thermal plants
- 10+ years of experience from designing industrial refrigeration and heat pump systems
- Proficiency in written and spoken Danish and English
