CVforum is looking for candidates for an exciting job position in a company at the northern end of North Zealand.
The job is in an international company with a premium brand and presence in all parts of the value chain from product development, construction, production, sales, project management, installation, commissioning and after sales.
The company develop, engineer and manufacture high quality mechanical and electrical machines, instruments and solutions.
35 employees.
JOB DESCRIPTION
With direct report to the senior management, you will become part of a team of 10+ competent mechanical and electrical construction and development engineers.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for coordination and execution of a portfolio of international customer projects from the time of sale until final shipment, installation, commissioning and “as built” documentation.
Responsibility
Business travel is expected to be 15-25 days per year.
QUALIFICATIONS
You are an experienced project manager and engineer with the abilities to lead and support a broad scale of international projects.
Profile
Experience in the machinery directive and ATEX is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Responsibility
- Responsible for the execution of projects with high quality
- Construction and engineering of existing products which includes customisations and 3D layout drawings on a case-to-case basis
- Full and complete execution of a portfolio of international customers projects
- Taking the lead as well as participating operationally in your project’s internal resource planning, including coordination with in-house production and sub-suppliers.
- Produce customer specific drawings in 3D
- Introduce and implement best practice when it comes to project management including reporting of financials, time schedules, resources, risk, lessons learned etc.
- Supporting the sales organisation with growing the top-line and the after sales market
Business travel is expected to be 15-25 days per year.
QUALIFICATIONS
You are an experienced project manager and engineer with the abilities to lead and support a broad scale of international projects.
Profile
- A bachelor / master’s degree in mechanical, industrial or production engineering
- 3+ years of customer project management in the heavy industry/engineering sector
- Experience with Inventor or similar CAD programs
- Strong technical understanding within mechanical engineering
- Experience in commercial aspects of projects
- Good abilities in supporting the sales team
- Energetic and result oriented team player
- Excellent communication skills in Danish and English
Experience in the machinery directive and ATEX is an advantage, but not a requirement.
