THE POSITION
Moonboon is experiencing rapid growth, and to support this exciting journey, we are looking for a highly skilled, innovative, and experienced Hardware Manager R&D to join our team.

THE POSITION
Moonboon is experiencing rapid growth, and to support this exciting journey, we are looking for a highly skilled, innovative, and experienced Hardware Manager R&D to join our team.
In this role, you will lead efforts to develop groundbreaking IoT-enabled products. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the technological advancements that drive our growth while making a meaningful impact on parents and children worldwide.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the innovation and integration of hardware solutions, focused on the development of innovative consumer products.
- Develop and generate comprehensive requirement specifications for new Moonboon products.
- Collaborate closely with external partners, including design, manufacturing, marketing, and quality assurance, to ensure success.
- Take ownership of the product lifecycle—from concept to market launch—ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the lifecycle.
- Provide technical mentorship to your team and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- A bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the development of consumer electronics, with a solid understanding of both hardware and software components.
- Proven experience within a mechanical engineering context.
- Strong ability to generate detailed and accurate requirement specifications.
- Experience with wireless and battery-powered designs, with an understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English.
