Job description
For a new position Gram Equipment is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Facilitator. In this role you will take part in driving a global learning strategy in partnership with colleagues across the organization. The main goal is to make learning a competitive advantage for Gram Equipment and to make learning attractive, relevant and easy to access first and foremost for the global service team and later for the whole organization.
The position resides in HR and you will be responsible for defining development needs and objectives together with our internal customers in line of business. Your will play a central role in influencing our culture towards an even stronger performance and customer centric culture. Furthermore, you will support colleagues and leaders across the organization to build and develop the needed capabilities for the future.
Your primary focus areas will be:
• to set the strategic direction of training & performance in Gram Equipment together with the management of the After Sales & Service team and later other stakeholders
• to define, create and facilitate the most impactful learning and development initiatives for the supervisors across Gram Equipment
• to systemize training and ensure continuous improvement and focus on high quality on deliveries of service and solutions to Gram Equipment
• to initiate an academy with engaging learning designs, applying relevant formats and learning technologies
• to lead and facilitate on-site training
• to train customers on site or on-line
• to analyse, describe and problem-solve training and development needs in Gram Equipment to enable an agile and high performing work culture.
Qualifications & Competencies
You might have a degree within organizational development with solid technical understanding or a Bachelor of Technology Management and Marine Engineer with a learning and development tool box that has been built over years through passion and experience. Experience with modern digital learning offerings will be an advantage.
You have strong project management and communication skills and a proven record of developing innovative technical learning and development initiatives that facilitates organizational learning and performance, preferably within the food processing industry.
As English is the Group language, we expect you to speak and write English at an advanced level. Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
You will be working with a global organization so some level of travel should be expected – approx. 50 days per year.
Personal Profile
As a person you are energetic, extrovert and demonstrate a huge personal drive. You like to have an eye on detail and yet you master to keep the overview.
You should have extraordinary stakeholder management skills and become energized from understanding the surrounding environment to ensure all efforts and impact is in close alignment with the business needs.
Further you should demonstrate a strong balance between understanding a strategy direction while translating that into concrete initiatives, that you will make happen.
