We are looking for a hands-on Academy Trainer in Odense who will be part of a professional team of 4 whose job is to ensure the right training at the right educational level. If you are experienced in the field of learning and thrive in the technical training environment, you might be the one we are looking for.

With reference to our Academy Training Manager, your responsibility is to support our overall learning objectives by designing, developing and delivering training to build both internal staff - and external partner skills and performance.

Many opportunities to influence your job

Our Academy Training Center was established 2018 and consists of a many of our partners applications. A natural interest in training, business development and robots are therefore key to higher the knowledge of our products and to be prepared for the industry 4.0. As our new Academy Trainer, you will influence our way of training and provide the highest level of support to our customers. Other responsibilities:

Design, develop and deliver instructor-led classroom and hands-on robot training sessions, to build effective distributor and partner skills

• Co-develop project plans related gnments, execute deliverables on time
• Co-Create surveys, assessments and gather data to measure the value or impact of the learning solutions

About you

Professional competencies

You have a degree in engineering, it is beneficial if you are a generalist hardware/software/mechanical engineer. On top we expect you to have 3-5 years of experience with training. Knowledge of PLC control, programming, and understanding "computer/networking" especially WIFI knowledge would be valuable. It is essential that you both speak and write English on a professional level and that you are focused and have a positive track record when it comes to providing efficient technical training. You know the training principles, including learning theories.

Personal competencies

You can present information to a variety of audiences and it is essential that you demonstrate self-confidence and patience. You have sound decision making and organizational skills and are structured and at the same time outgoing with a great drive. You thrive in an international environment and work independently. You have sense of responsibility and ownership and solve your tasks with enthusiasm.
