Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…be specialist in your field, supporting the rest of the PE team in technical decisions relating to blade production. You will be part of the New Product Introduction team and support the introduction of new products/processes in the manufacturing environment. You will initiate internal projects at the blade factories and contribute with ideas for blade development and design road map.

You have at least 4 years of experience with blade manufacturing and you are able to design, run and evaluate trials and prepare the appropriate technical reports. Your tasks will also include:
- Support training and technical growth in the engineering team
- Responsible for the sign-off/approval of all production process documentation
- Be the link between development and manufacturing, ensuring that the changes are technically feasible in the production environment
- Participate in and provide feedback for Engineering Change Management to ensure that all changes are evaluated
- Support in answering technical questions with customers, audits and inspections
- Maintain high safety standards and cooperate with the HSE department

Skills & experience: Our new colleague…

We expect that you:
- Hold an engineering degree, preferably at Master’s level
- Have experience with six-sigma, KAIZEN and LEAN
- Can use Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Have excellent communication skills with fluent English
- Understand how to work in line and matrix organisations
- Have project management abilities
