What is the job about?

We need you for the next year as our skilled Service Specialist in the Global Service & Solutions Team. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing service concepts for our different product lines. Furthermore, you will be troubleshooting methodology for new and existing products while demonstrating a high degree of understanding of customer needs.

Your main responsibilities:

Provide after-sales service technical expertise – at pump and system/application level.
Offer expertise technical support to the Service Technicians in connection with specific service cases.
Provide service-related product training and technical support to customers and colleagues for new and existing products and their applications.
Participate in new product introductions projects and Products Life Management Teams.

Your background:

We imagine that you have:

High technical understanding, ideally within pump design and pump application from a service perspective.
Experience managing defined processes within product development.
Industry experience within a business environment, - if in a large manufacturing environment – this is a plus.
5-10 years of relevant work experience besides formal education.
Knowledge of the plans, processes, and activities within the functional area in the service environment.
Good collaboration skills.

You are a natural in communicating on many levels of the whole company, and you can apply your expertise and technology knowledge.
