What is the job about?

As a Senior Service Specialist in our Global Service & Solutions Team, you'll be at the heart of our mission to enhance customer experiences worldwide. Your role is all about crafting and refining service concepts across our product lines, from troubleshooting to providing technical support. Your expertise will truly make a difference in how customers interact with our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Extend expert after-sales service at pump and system/application levels, ensuring every customer receives tailored support and solutions
Collaborate closely with Service Technicians, lending your technical expertise to resolve intricate service cases and ensure customer satisfaction
Lead engaging product training sessions, empowering both customers and colleagues with in-depth technical knowledge and insights
Be a part of the introduction of new products, contributing your expertise to Products Life Management Teams and shaping the future of [xxxxx] solutions

Your Background:

You are comfortable with fostering collaboration across the organization, both locally and globally. You have openness and curios mind that drives you for continuous learning. Moreover, we imagine that you:

Possess a robust technical understanding, particularly in pump design or similar and application from a service-oriented standpoint
Have prior industry experience, especially in manufacturing, provides a valuable advantage
Accumulate about 5+ years of relevant work experience, complemented by formal education
Have familiarity with service environment plans, processes, and activities, facilitating smooth operations and customer-centric solutions
Demonstrate proficiency in managing processes within product development, ensuring seamless execution from concept to market
Possess collaboration skills, effectively communicating across all levels of the organization.
Thrive as a proactive decision-maker, leveraging collaboration and engagement with stakeholders globally and regionally
