As Chief Engineer you will join the Group Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Group AME) function in and be based primarily in Bjerringbro. Here, we are all about pushing the boundaries with new manufacturing technologies for . This position specifically within Additive Manufacturing technology.
You will join a dynamic team and drive groundbreaking initiatives that will transform and the industry at large. You will be at the forefront of setting the technical direction. By focusing on strategic technology development, you will spearhead the design and development of innovative products and production methodologies in close collaboration with our internal stakeholder and external partners.

Your expertise will be instrumental when we together execute highly complex and specialized initiatives within Additive Manufacturing technology, that will have a profound impact on our organization. Not only will you elevate our manufacturing capabilities, but you will also maintain a firm grip on existing product lines by ensuring a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and optimizing competencies through targeted training initiatives.
Working within the area of additive manufacturing, the job will also include:
Capability management and competence development to ensure global alignment across .
Utilization of Additive Manufacturing for prototypes, tools, and end-components at .
Creation and maintenance of the roadmap process ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
Direction setting of exciting innovation projects
You will have the autonomy to modify, adapt, and enhance production methods, ultimately enhancing quality and value across our core processes.
About you
We expect that you as a person love working with problems and identifying solutions in an innovative environment. In our team, we work closely together both internally but more importantly with our stakeholders. Therefore, you need to have great communication skills and the ability to build a network both within and outside.
Furthermore, we imagine that you have:
M.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
Technical understanding of mature polymer and metal 3D printing technologies.
Experience in managing defined processes within development.
Strong business acumen and understanding of dynamics.
Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and written.
