Diabetic Foot Ulcers are a serious consequence of diabetes and around 60% of all patients experience a wound that does not heal. Reapplix aims to transform the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers and improve the quality of life for patients. 3C Patch® is clinically proven to significantly accelerate wound healing, nearly doubling the chance of healing, and improve wound reduction of hard-to-heal diabetic foot ulcers.
By joining Reapplix, you will play a key role continually developing and improving the 3C Patch® Centrifuge and thereby supporting significant business growth, in a company where ambitions are immense, and the technology is state of the art.
Responsible for a key part of Reapplix’ unique system
As Automation Engineer, you will be working closely with stakeholders within development and operations both internally and externally. You will manage and contribute to different projects, and you will be technically responsible for the centrifuges and their development and service, including the software. You will take lead in continuous improvements and ensure a smooth troubleshooting and technical support when necessary. Moreover, you will handle complaints, as well as you will ensure correct documentation, including specification and validation. Therefore, you need to have a genuine interest in setting up and developing best-in-class processes and documentation for the manufacturing of the internally developed 3C Patch® Centrifuge.
Structured approached and strong software and mechanical skills
To succeed in this role, you have +5 years of experience with ISO 13485/ FDA 21 CFR Part 820 from medical device or pharma positions, as well as you have a technical background for example mechanical, automation or software engineer. Due to the nature of the Reapplix business, we prefer that you furthermore have a solid experience with writing documentation and have a good understanding of production and the related processes including specification and validation of production equipment. You have solid experience in programming in C, as well as expertise within embedded systems, operative systems, and electronic design.
