What is the job about?We need you for the next year as our skilled Service Specialist in the Global Service & Solutions Team. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing service concepts for our different product lines. Furthermore, you will be troubleshooting methodology for new and existing products while demonstrating a high degree of understanding of customer needs.Your main responsibilities: Your main responsibilities:Provide after-sales service technical expertise – at pump and system/application level.
Offer expertise technical support to the Service Technicians in connection with specific service cases.
Provide service-related product training and technical support to customers and colleagues for new and existing products and their applications.

We imagine that you have:Your background:High technical understanding, ideally within pump design and pump application from a service perspective.
Experience managing defined processes within product development.
Industry experience within a business environment, - if in a large manufacturing environment – this is a plus.
5-10 years of relevant work experience besides formal education.
Knowledge of the plans, processes, and activities within the functional area in the service environment.
Good collaboration skills.
