Job summary:
Our Equipment Readiness Operator work with maintenance of production service tools following standard work instructions and contributing to improve the instructions. The job is both in workshop and in the lab preparing and assisting the team. You will assist the Equipment Readiness Lead and Engineer on the equipment package with preparation and readiness for job at PL Location. Execute equipment-related base tasks on the Prepare and Close phases of the Service Delivery process. Execute equipment-related base tasks on the Job Preparation activity of the Asset Maintenance process.
The position is onshore in Esbjerg, normal dayshift.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
· Maintain assigned equipment according to the pertinent maintenance program.
· Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management business systems to record materials and supplies, labour costs and equipment maintenance performance.
· Comply with Technology Lifecycle Management Product Line standards.
· Participate in the continuous improvement culture, initiatives and improvement plans.
· Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve asset turnaround time.
· Support continuous improvement efforts to improve the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians.
· Implement CoSD projects, such as the planned repair and reuse of parts.
· Participate in failure investigations as assigned.
· Comply with the TLM Competency Management System.
Educational/technical background:
· Technical school/Mechanical/Electrical background (Teknisk fagskole is preferred).
· Driver license class B
· T1-4 and G4 certificate
· Must be able to speak and write English. Danish will be an advantage
· Good computer knowledge
Personal skills:
For this position we are looking for flexible, outgoing and service minded persons who likes to work in a high paced environment. You take initiative and are solution driven. To succeed in this position, you can work as a part of a team but also independent. You are self-motivated and can easily understand processes. You must have a good eye for quality, safety procedures and be detailed oriented.
