If you have experience with automation in pharma manufacturing, and you want to use your knowledge in the forefront of the automation area, this job is your perfect opportunity. Your overall objective is to take the Danish pharma industry into a new digital age. You will get the opportunity to build the newest factories using the latest technologies and principles. There is a significant need in the market, and we therefore have a seriously exciting pipeline, which is also the reason why we are looking for more new colleagues. Your focus will be project execution from design to validation. You will unfold your skills in an international and partly virtual department with approx. 40-45 highly competent colleagues who all have a technical background like yourself. The team is international, but the focus is on the Danish Pharmaceutical industry, and you will be working closely together with your colleagues in our engineering departments in Esbjerg, Odense, Aalborg, Kalundborg and Skovlunde. The tasks are always solved in a small team, where everyone has independent responsibility based on personal competencies. The key words are knowledge sharing, collaboration, and helpfulness. The list of responsibilities below is not necessarily a 1: 1 picture of your job, as we put together teams from project to project, where the participants' knowledge and experience complement each other optimally. The idea is thus that you generally get to work with the things you are good at and interested in – with the associated opportunity to continuously become more skilled in other areas.
Your responsibilities
- Automate pharmaceutical factories with a clear focus on green field projects.
- Participate in all project phases from design to validation.
- Contribute to system design.
- Develop Functions specification & applications.
- Test & validation incl. Code review, Pre-FAT, FAT, iFAT, SAT incl. Front running, Standard loop test, Wet/Function test, acceptance test and UAT, user acceptance test.
- Documentation and deviations according to GxP rules.
- Train customers employees / process operators in the systems.
Your background
- Experience with automation within pharma S88 batch control and therefore also good process understanding, alternative experience of batch control from Food/Biotech.
- Knowledge of 800xA and motivation to become even more skilled in the field will be an extra advantaged.
- Good collaboration skills and desire to solve tasks as part of an (international) team.
- Overview and structure with associated ability to document systematically.
- Good communication and English skills, written and oral.
