Ready to be the mastermind behind our product reliability? Keep reading to learn more!
As a Reliability Engineer, you will be involved in all aspects of reliability, from designing and planning to performing environmental tests, including wear and tear, and chemical exposure. After exposure tests, you will conduct thorough investigations of acoustic performance, focusing on key parameters such as directivity, sensitivity, and signal-to-noise ratio.
You will be working closely together with Product Quality Managers to support R&D, where you will identify potential failure points, understand the root causes of issues, and develop effective solutions. This requires a combination of analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
You can look forward to a position with a good mixture of practical tasks and analytical assignments making every day stand out and at the same time developing your professional and personal skills.
Join a team of 12 skilled engineers and technicians focused on reliability throughout all phases of the product life cycle. Each team member specializes in areas such as electrical or mechanical engineering, while your focus will be on acoustics. Together, we ensure the highest level of reliability for our users.
“In the team we value knowledge sharing. Help is always just across the table or a phone call away to Poland. And fun. Going to work should be fun. One of the things our team is known for in Smørum is our famous Christmas decoration spectacle, where we go all in.” says Jakob with a big smile.
We are located in our product quality laboratory, equipped with the latest technology in test and analysis equipment. The team is placed in both Smørum, just outside Copenhagen and in Szczecin in Poland. You will be based at our headquarters in Smørum.
We are looking for profile an open mind to learn about reliability, testing acoustics and medical devices. Ideally you bring 0-3 years’ experience in mechanical or electrical engineering.
“You are the kind of person that can’t pick up an item without your mind thinking about how that add-on attached to the item will react to certain impacts. Was that really the smartest way to do it? In other words, you are curious” says your new manager Jakob Lauritz Hansen.
You have probably gained your knowledge through an engineering degree (electronic, mechanical or similar). You could also have another engineering degree and experience with acoustical testing. You find it interesting working with complex test setups, and you like to understand and program these for optimized testing.
You are experienced in working according to established quality processes and have good documentation practice.
As a person, you are characterized by:
In we trust and value professionalism, experience, and commitment. We recognize that to bring energy and inspiration to work, you need to re-energize and spend time with family, friends, and hobbies in a healthy work life balance.
