Operating in the aerospace, defense, and security sector, Terma supports customers and partners all over the world. In Terma Support & Services (TSS), Service Delivery we manage and deliver after-sales activities. These include after-sales projects, service contracts, technical support, incidents, problems, warranty handling and delivery of spare parts, repairs, training, and onsite services.
We continuously develop our organization and evolve new services around e.g., system availability and affordability. We want to strengthen our partnerships with our customers even further and take on more responsibility through performance-based contracts. The foundation for that is capabilities within availability, supportability, maintainability, reliability, sustainability, and affordability also known as ILS (Integrated Logistics & Support) disciplines. For that we need a reliability engineer for the team.

- Sound experience in reliability, availability, and maintainability analysis engineering.
- Qualifications in electronics/electrical engineering or equivalent job experience.
- Experience in defining processes from the analysis.
- Experience with FMECA.
- Experience with simulations (e.g., cost benefit, failure patterns).
