Our R&D Hardware Department handles the design, development, construction, implementation, testing and release of Interacoustics' products and technologies. The hardware department consists of four teams: Mechanics, Firmware, Electronics and PCB layout. We are currently 27 people in total across the four teams. Your new colleagues are qualified engineers with a detailed understanding and knowledge of our products and technology.

Ready to develop and unfold ideas and concepts?

We are looking for a 2 candidates who will contribute with–and in the future spearhead–innovative mechanical development for our advanced audiological and balance equipment. You may have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or similar.

  • One of the candidates will focus on our headphones and disposables business area
  • The other candidate will focus on table top and handheld devices

As a person you are quick to pick up tasks and gather information. You act and take the initiative if you see the need. Finally, you have a creative mindset and an ability to deliver high-quality mechanical designs.

You will have the opportunity to work with complex mechanical designs and free space to add your personal touch as you bring them from design to production. You will be working in a large organization with many stakeholders. Thus, you must be quick to show solutions to help decisions on their way.

We would like for you to have experience within:

  • Construction of parts for injection molding
  • 3D printing and rapid prototyping
  • Robust design (tolerance analysis, DFM, DFA)
  • CAD (SolidWorks)
