SUN-AIR Technic is looking for an MCC Manager for the head office in Billund

You will join a dedicated and highly knowledgeable team in a department which main responsibility is to carry out planning and controlling of aircraft maintenance.

Are you able to deliver First class for Everyone? Are you accurate, flexible and independent? Then you might just be the person we are looking for for our Maintenance Control department, Part M. You will join a dedicated and highly knowledgeable team in a department which main responsibility is to carry out planning and controlling of aircraft maintenance.
Required competencies:
- Plan, coordinate and schedule the aircraft maintenance procedures
- Arrange all services which are relevant for the safe operation of the flights
- Provide 24/7 AOG immediate technical support to company aircraft and to give general technical support to aircraft crew
- Advise on troubleshoot and repair discrepancies of electrical, flight control, hydraulic, landing gear, engine and fuel systems
- Identify the nature of discrepancy and establish process to correct the problem in a timely manner
- Ensure all requested maintenance is performed in compliance with regulatory and company policy
- Update the computer-based management system, ensure that they are always up to date
- Management of Routine and Continuing Airworthiness Tasks (CAW) – Management of Maintenance Due.
- Link between CAMO / Part 145 / OPS to ensure correct priorities are given precedence
- Interface with the Part 145 to ensure oversight of the maintenance In Accordance with EASA part M requirements
- Document maintenance discrepancies and actions, correct audit non-conformities
Qualifications:
- Experience from a technical career in aviation, Type rated on Dornier / Hawker / diploma in aeronautical engineering
- Knowledge of EU 1321/2014 Annex I, Annex II requirements and DCAA national regulations
- EASA Part-66 AML Licence B1; additionally B2 / C is an advantage
- Experience in a leading position in Part M
- A good command of written and spoken Danish / English
- Very good MS-Office skills and use of computer maintenance Programs, e.g. Traxall / Envision / CAMP
- Problem-solving & good decision-making skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, team orientation, stress resistance, flexibility
- Ability to work occasional weekend shifts covering technical support hotline, flexible working schedule
