Can you handle the day-to-day leadership of our unique volcanic stone processing factory? Do you want to smoothen the processing of our unique and sustainable product?
“You will be responsible for our process plant, delegating tasks and adapting to unforeseen circumstances, making sure that our processing runs clean and swift,” says CEO Jannick Knudsen.
A multicultural and sustainable workplace
Joining us, you will gain 30 new colleagues with 10 different nationalities among them. You will step into a group of warm and lighthearted people, who have an informal social coherence.
Our professional credentials are as different as our cultural backgrounds, but we have one similarity – we all take pride in creating a great product that makes a difference in many sectors. Perlite is used as both insulation, building material and soil, just to name a few examples.
When processing perlite, we heat it to more than 1000 degrees. This makes it expand to 10-20 times its original size. Naturally, we produce a lot of heat. We reuse that heat in many local households to make your new workplace sustainable and energy efficient.
Taking charge of quality and employees
You are the man in charge on the plant floor. You delegate responsibilities to the factory workers and make sure our ovens run the way they are supposed to.
The foreman tasks include:
You will be part of team that varies between working 7-16 and 15-24 from week to week. This is how it works by default, but we want to make it as flexible as possible.
Tailor-made training
As there are only 10 companies worldwide processing perlite the way we do, we will provide you with tailor-made training when you join us. You will learn how to adjust the settings of the processing plant, how to test the quality of our product and how to navigate the warehouse. Additionally, you will learn the tasks of your colleagues.
Adaptability and positive spirit
Your ability to keep your head cool is key when taking charge of our processing plant consisting of the warmest of ovens. When things go wrong, you are the stabilizing factor. Additionally, you should be adaptable and okay with some days being tougher than others.
Your background is not what matters the most. As long as you are willing to work hard, independently and with a positive spirit, we encourage you to apply. That being said, a technical background such as a degree in production technology or as an electrician will make it easier for you to convince us that you have the technical flair we are looking for.
Additionally, you need English language proficiency on a minor level.

- Assigning tasks to technicians in case of malfunctions
- Fixing oven issues of lesser technical difficulty
- Optimizing processes on a strategic level
