You will be responsible
The mechanical supervisor is responsible for carrying out the work specified by the mechanicalworkshop manager. He supervises the mechanics, electro-mechanics, hydraulicians, plumbers and checks their performance. He organises and checks the specific preventive maintenance and repair work. The Mechanical Supervisor reports to the Mechanical workshop manager.

You will be responsible
The mechanical supervisor is responsible for carrying out the work specified by the mechanicalworkshop manager. He supervises the mechanics, electro-mechanics, hydraulicians, plumbers and checks their performance. He organises and checks the specific preventive maintenance and repair work. The Mechanical Supervisor reports to the Mechanical workshop manager.
Supervisor Duties
- Through this responsibility, various tasks will be associated
- Planning, execution and monitoring of maintenance and repair work
- Planning, execution and monitoring of commissioning and function tests (testing and commissioning)
- Coordination and monitoring of subcontractors/external companies
- Fault diagnosis and elimination of malfunctions on the plant equipment
- Upgrade and optimisation activities at the plant and the production process
- Organise safety prestart analysis with his team prior any activities.
Eligibility/Qualifications/Requirements
- Several years of experience in personnel management
- Knowledge of relevant and applicable standards and regulations
- Good English language skills
- Ability to teach and train knowledge and show a prudent and professional way of working to the co workers
- Willingness to work according shifts roster and on weekends
- Experienced and familiar with heavy equipment, plant, and concrete production
- Good knowledge on hydraulic systems
Desirable additional skills
- Knowledge of concrete mixing plants
- Knowledge of industrial refrigeration and chillers
- Knowledge of concrete pumps
- Knowledge of overhead and or tower cranes
- Knowledge of fresh water and waste water pumps
- Knowledge of conveyor belt systems
- Qualified to operate telescopic handler and telescopic boom lift
