About the role
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our Finished Products Process department that specifies and implements future-proof process equipment and automated production related solutions, for the final step in Pharma production (Formulation to Final Packaging including Wash & sterilization). In the department, we are a team of highly skilled, experienced, and dedicated engineers working in projects. We master all GMP processes and equipment’s within manufacturing of Finished Products within an aseptic environment.
Our projects cover the full range from small scale production equipment to design and establishment of full-scale production facilities, involving highly automated and customized solutions and equipment with interfaces to various IT systems. We are working with the newest technology and innovative solutions, with focus on sustainability and quality and are supporting our customers in their journey to automize production facilities, making manual operations obsolete and implement state-of-the-art technology.
Your role will be key in being involved in all project phases, from basic and detail design, to construction, commissioning, and handover.

As Mechanical Engineer in Finished Products, you’ll:
- Perform process analysis and clarify the customer needs.
- Design and specify requirements for process equipment and automated solutions for the GMP industry. Solutions will often be customized and involve robotics and automated material handling systems (AGV/AMR) but can also be other levels of mechanical or automated solutions.
- Work in close cooperation with our customers and serve as a link between our customer- and equipment suppliers.
- Participate in risk assessments, design review, commissioning, qualification, and test.
- Collaborate with experts and colleagues from other disciplines as well as external contacts.
- Depending on your role and profile, you will work either as a Project Manager, Expert, or Project Engineer within your field.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- A degree in engineering within the mechanical, robotic or production field.
- Minimum 5 years working experience and with some experience from Pharmaceutical, Life Science manufacturing or Food Production industry, as well as experience working within a GMP regulated environment.
- Experience with mechanical design and automated solutions.
- Good understanding of automation and LEAN-thinking.
- Speak and write Danish and English fluently.
Experience with implementation of robot solutions and material handling systems and project management experience within development of technical automated solutions is considered an advantage.
