Job Description



Bosch organizes the yearly Leadership Training for managers from the Nordic region. In order to enrich our Top Performing Managers full potential and talent, we need 4 highly motivated persons (both students and professionals searching for a job) who will participate in test interviews, receiving useful feedback and obtaining an unique opportunity to get to know Bosch not only as a company, but also as an employer.

  • You will be introduced to Bosch as a company and its presence in Denmark
  • You will receive the opportunity to get your CV and cover letter evaluated
  • You will be able to test your performance at an online interview
  • You will get the chance to practise several interviews and get personal feedback
  • You will be provided with feedback from international Bosch managers coming from the Nordic region


Qualifications



  • You are a professional who have already obtained a university degree and you are searching for a job at the moment OR You are a student in your Bachelor or Master University Degree
  • You have/you are pursuing a University degree within Business, Economics, Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering or similar
  • You want to test your interview skills and get constructive feedback
  • You are eager to know more about Bosch as company and employer

We encourage participants from all the Nordic Countries to apply, as the event will be held online.

Additional Information



Please note:

  • This event offers only test interviews - you are not applying for a specific position within Bosch.
  • Due to the COVID-19 situation, we want to guarantee the safety of all participants, and thereby the interviews will be performed online - via Teams.
  • As such, if you wish to join, we ask for your availability and possibility to dial in a Teams session with stable internet connection on 8th of June, approximately from 8:30 until 11:30.

Tell us why you are the perfect candidate to participate in this special event. Upload your CV and write a maximum one-page cover letter telling us your motivation to assist for the test interviews. Apply until latest 25th May 2021.

In addition, please make sure that you can provide your latest English application (including CV, Cover Letter and the Job Add) - it is regardless what kind of position or company it was for. This will help Bosch managers to prepare for the online interview with you.
