Ballerup
As our new Pricing Manager in Denmark, you will be leading the country journey towards pricing excellence. You will drive and support business transformation projects for Pricing in Denmark and have a key role in supporting the Nordic & Baltic Pricing function in global pricing initiatives.
Furthermore, you will act as a support and price control point for Pricing Performance Monitoring and Management, control system update of Pricing related metrics, and contribute to Channel Compliance and Corridor Management activities.
In this role, you will have a diverse portfolio of tasks, and in addition to being both flexible and proactive, it is important that you thrive in an environment of constant change.
Key responsibilities and activities
This position is accountable for tasks related to the following major objectives:
Business Transformation
• Manage pricing transformation operational topics
• Define and drive implementation of pricing action plans
• Execute and improve pricing processes in the country (list price, special price agreements etc.)
• Contribute to the adoption process of pricing tools
• Support the channel compliance related transformation (price positioning and commercial policy alignment, commercial audits, etc.)
Country Pricing Process Setup and Improvement
• Host monthly Pricing Council
• Animate the community of local key stakeholders
• Understand the price positioning strategy, pricing policies and processes within the country and support implementation
Pricing Condition Management and Administration in Systems
• Execute country operational price management and control
• Administration of list prices, discount conditions and others in the ERP
Monitoring of Pricing Performance
• Monitor performance of Delta Price other pricing actions, including root cause analysis and internal communication
• Simulate Delta Price impacts and potentials (list price update, SPA opportunity quotas, etc.)
• Drive ad-hoc analysis and simulations to support and guide business decisions
• Support analytics as required for Business Reviews
Motivation and qualifications
You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in price management, analytics, change management projects and/or finance. Being a Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) from a Professional Pricing Society will be an advantage.
You are skilled in marketing and analytics, as you will construct and execute multiple complex commercial analyses (e.g., segmentation, value/benefit map, and value to customers).
In this cross function, you will cooperate with various stakeholders in the organization, you are therefore convincing by nature, you display strong leadership, and you communicate persuasively.
