External Reporting is a part of Investor Relations & External Reporting and reports to the group’s CFO. We are a team of 10 dedicated colleagues with strong competencies in insurance accounting and IFRS. Our team is characterized by a high level of cooperation and for having broad and deep expertise within our field. We are an ambitious team, and we want to be the best in the market in our area.

As Financial Controller in External Reporting, you will primarily be responsible for the following:
You will have a close collaboration with both business areas (External Reporting & Investor Relations) as well as internally in Group Finance.
About you | Experience in financial reporting or finance
To be successful in the role you have a Master's degree or an HD in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a particular focus on financial reporting.

About the job | Financial Controller in the largest Scandinavian-listed non-life company
As Financial Controller in External Reporting, you will primarily be responsible for the following:
- Preparing and delivering financial reports, including financial statements and ESG reporting
- Monitoring and analyzing financial performance
- Supporting management in decision-making
- Working with other departments to ensure that financial information is accurate and complete.
You will have a close collaboration with both business areas (External Reporting & Investor Relations) as well as internally in Group Finance.
About you | Experience in financial reporting or finance
To be successful in the role you have a Master's degree or an HD in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a particular focus on financial reporting.
We imagine that you have:
- 5+ years of experience in financial reporting or finance, experience from financial services business is a plus
- A consultancy background is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and process orientation is absolutely paramount
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one Scandinavian language
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
