We are looking for a passionate and talented professional corporate writer and editor to join our Communications team. The position is a unique opportunity to play a key role in supporting our vision to contribute significantly to research and development that improves people’s lives and the sustainability of society.

The Job
You will be responsible for producing and editing support of written material and making it precise and relevant for external stakeholders. Furthermore, you will provide senior executives with high-profile writing and speech writing projects internally and externally.

You will responsible for the following:

  • Be responsible for developing, writing and editing corporate reports, including the annual report, press releases and speeches as well as strategy papers
  • Working closely with the Communication team and the Executive Office to raise the bar in the written material to various senior stakeholders
  • Contribute to key editorial projects across the Novo Nordisk Foundation

Professional qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:

  • + 10 years of experience with writing and editing corporate material to executive management in a similar function either from an international corporation or a public institution
  • Relevant educational background, not necessarily within communication
  • Experience in understanding knowledge intensive material and to analyse complex areas so that you can translate them into a simple to-the-point manner to various stakeholders
  • Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously
  • Abilities to interact with different functions and many stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written as well as verbal). Danish is preferred, but not a prerequisite.
  • An interest for the Novo Nordisk Foundation’s vision as well as the grant giving areas

  • Responsible and enjoy both working independently and team-oriented
