Are you ready to pave the way for your future career? As an apprentice or trainee at one of the world's most attractive furniture suppliers, you will get up close to the international trading world and be trained by some of the best in global commerce. At Actona Group, we aim to develop our future stars, which is why we are looking for an apprentice or trainee to join our German sales team on 1 September 2023, or as soon as possible thereafter.

At Actona Group, we take your desires and skills into account when tailoring the apprentice/trainee programme to suit you. You will be part of our internal sales support department, working with our German customers, where you will participate in daily tasks alongside your colleagues. Therefore, it is expected that you can communicate via email and phone in German and be fluent in both written and spoken English. Market knowledge is an advantage but not a requirement. You will be challenged and given responsibilities, but we will also ensure that your backpack is filled with knowledge and qualifications, enabling you to handle the tasks that will help you grow professionally and personally. It is a unique opportunity to build a career in international trade.

Tailored programme with a focus on development

As an apprentice or trainee with us, you will become part of a young international environment, where 300 committed colleagues pursue our shared vision of being the most value-creating furniture partner in the world. Your manager will focus on your development, and your efforts will be continuously evaluated – both individual ones and those you achieve with your team.

Your interests pave the way

A 2-year apprentice or trainee education at Actona Group consists of different modules. Each module includes workshops to ensure you gain a comprehensive understanding of the organisation. We focus on your development and learning, and we work with semi-annual module plans that conclude with a final review.

As an apprentice, you will undergo a theoretical educational programme for a total of eight weeks alongside your work at Actona Group, where you can enhance your sales skills.
