We are currently seeking for an experienced and insightful Cost Controller to support the cost management for our entire company. In this role, you will be responsible of controlling Marine and Interior Works departments, as well as reporting on the progress and problem solving.
About us
FLC is the Joint Venture in charge of the design and construction of the longest immersed tunnel in the world. It’s a very complex project consisting of Tunnel North Contract & Tunnel South Contract and the Tunnel Portal and Ramps Contract. Within the FLC organization many processes must be followed and to be fulfilled within different central departments established in the overhead organization.

Key tasks:
- Control and monitor the status of purchases, invoicing, deliveries, and claims
- Collaborate with Section/Block Manager to update the progress
- Propose necessary action plan against possible cost deviations
- Prepare budgets and associated revisions in collaboration with the Cost Control Team
- Handle budget calculation and cost control into the integrated software RiBiTwo
- Reporting, Cost Controlling support and monitoring of progress
- Continuous coordination with the Project Control Team regarding the project result and problem solving
Your qualifications:
- Completed degree in Engineering or Business with specialization in Project Management or Cost Control
- Min. 5 years professional experience in project estimating and cost controlling, preferably in Construction/Marine Works industry.
- A high level of technical understanding paired with an affinity for numbers as well as analytical and economic thinking.
- Excel Superuser skills is a requirement, knowledge to RiBiTwo will be a plus
- Commitment, ability to work in a team and a responsible and independent way of working
