About this opportunity
Welcome to the Group Financial Crime Compliance team. We add value by supporting Nordea to ensure that any compliance risk within the financial crime area is properly identified, understood and managed.
As the Lead Compliance Officer, you will play a valuable role in supporting the business to adequately manage financial crime risks by providing advice, guidance and challenge related to products, processes and programme transformation more generally. You will have an opportunity to work with highly competent colleagues and apply your skills within financial crime risk management in a complex environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Your main area of responsibility will be to support Nordea’s finance businesses, as well as contributing to, and driving, group-wide tasks and initiatives, including working as a “Functional Lead” for colleagues across the Nordics. In addition you will be required to support regulatory engagement and the development of Financial Crime Risk Management strategy for your areas of responsibility.
You’ll join a successful team of highly experienced colleagues, with a collaborative and supportive spirit, located in all Nordic countries. The role is based in Copenhagen; Helsinki; Oslo; Stockholm.
