ABOUT THE POSITION:
As Group Finance Controller at Baettr, you will be part of a competent and dedicated Global Finance team, that will help take the Group Finance function to the next level.
You will get a varied and developing Group Finance Controller role, where your main task will be to develop and improve guidelines and concepts to establish Group reporting, forecasting, and budgeting principles and procedures in close collaboration with colleagues around the world, and to secure that the management has the insight and knowledge to make the right decisions.
You will report to our Director FP&A.
Travel to our Sites around the world can occur.
The work location will be at our head quarter in Lem, Denmark

Key task and responsibilities:
- Supporting all matters related to financial controlling tools, including developing and maintaining of financial models to support the companies and the consolidated short and mid- term planning.
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Develop and apply financial models that support the companies and the consolidated forecast and consult management level in strategic discussions
- Supporting monthly reporting process
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Develop and document business processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Continuous improvement of IT systems related to financial controlling
- Various ad hoc analysis to support the decision-making process and deliver meaningful business insights to management level
Our expectation to you:
- You hold a relevant financial education, with more than 5 years’ experience within business or financial controlling
- Thorough knowledge of methods and principles in running a monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting process
- Good level of technical and process-oriented understanding
- Experience with ERP systems (AX2012 will be an advantage)
- Strong IT /system skills
- Strong excel/modelling skills (Knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage)
- You are fluent in English, if you also speak German, it will be an advantage
