For our customer, a large Danish International Contractor working in the data centre sector, we are now looking for three Quantity Surveyors/Cost Engineers/Cost Consultants at both senior and junior/intermediate levels to join an existing team due to continued expansion and a full order book.
Responsibilities:
Skills and Knowledge:
• Sound knowledge of construction
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Good financial and numeracy management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills
• The ability to absorb complex information and assess requirements readily
• Computer literate
• Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, construction, or similar.
Requirments:
You must be able to live and work in Denmark (Odense).
Starting date is as soon as possible, and the positions are expected to be two years with possible extension.

Responsibilities:
- Post-contract quantity surveying duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, final account, etc.
- Subcontractor management and payments
- Collaborate and develop good relationships with clients and stakeholders internally and externally
- Managing / assisting with the change management process from early warning to close out of VO.
- Assist with claim management, contractual matters.
- Preparation of monthly valuations
- Assisting with forecasts
- Assisting with cost control
- Remeasurement
