Finance manager/controller for Radisurf
Radisurf is in the process of transforming from a Danish Startup to a leading actor with a presence in multiple countries and growing from R&D focus towards a global market focus. We are investing significantly in both the growth of our organization and facilities.
To manage and support this expansion, we are looking for a strong and motivated finance manager/controller to play a key role in building up a professional finance department, managing accounting, finance, budgeting, reporting, administration, etc. You will be the natural sparring partner for management in all aspect of finance and accounting.
You will be responsible for financial oversight and analysis, creating reporting to management, owners, grant institutions, etc., reporting directly to the company´s CEO. Whilst this is a role a talented individual and fast learner can ‘grow into’, key characteristics we look for are:

Your competences:
- At least a medium length education in finance and accounting
- You have a few years’ experience from bookkeeping or accounting
- You are communicating fluently in English in both writing and speech
- You have an analytical and systematic approach
- You are highly skilled in Excel and have a flair for IT
- You are a “hands-on” person, you will be the main financial employee in the company
Your tasks:
- Managing day-to-day business needs across the different entities in the organization
- Handling payments and accounting
- Developing budgets and supporting strategic Board decisions
- Take responsibility for continuous reporting, and management of cash-flows
- Deliver continuous reporting on finances
- Other administrative tasks
