/CREA make up 80% of the CFO’s scope of work, whereas the remaining 20% are dedicated to other responsibilities and affiliated companies in Group, including participation in Board meetings, involvement with owners, investors and CFO services to the subsidiary, mpeople.
Description of the position
As the CFO, you will be leading the Finance, Accounting, Legal and Project Management Office and will be the driving force behind the financial management and operational efficiency of Group. You will work closely with the board, CEO(s), and operational management to optimize financial performance, streamline business operations, and drive growth.
Partnering with the CEO(s) and Board, you will develop and execute financial strategies and provide financial insights to support key decisions and collaborate with our Business and Industry Leaders to ensure profitability, operational focus and growth. You will oversee accurate financial reporting, maintain internal controls, and lead financial reviews to monitor cash flow, revenue, and cost control.

Based at our headquarters in Stilling, near Aarhus, this is a global role that will require occasional travelling both domestically and internationally.

- Optimize financial systems to meet business needs and leverage data for decision-making.
- Drive process automation and efficiency through advanced analytics.
- Oversee execution of key projects to improve financial performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure a continuous strong execution of Solution Projects to drive financial performance and higher customer satisfaction.
