Join our GDPR universe– in a key strategic role
You will play a pivotal role in a scale up company that has already shown impressive results. You will take on the responsibility of building up a world class finance organization that can support the growth scenario. As a member of the top management team, you will have a broad range of tasks and responsibility. You will build and develop you own team, ensure that the company has the right tools and systems to optimize financial management and be a close sparring partner for the CEO. You enjoy working both on a strategic level as well as being operational – responsibilities will include:

Most likely you hold a master’s degree in business economics and/or accounting, and you have several years of experience from a SaaS-company or a fast-growing VC-backed tech-company. No matter your specific background, you have already proven, that you are able to dive into relevant details, gain an overview and deliver results.
As a person you are energetic, quality focused, able to prioritize, professional and able to deliver results in a dynamic and sometimes hectic environment. Furthermore, you are looking forward to being part of the management team and not only take finance processes to the next level, but also the company.

- Financial strategy, management, and planning
- Reporting – board, investors and management team
- KPI framework
- Team management
- Proactively improve the accounting processes
- Ensure that procedures, policies, and standards are followed and documented
- Budgets, scenario planning and financial modeling
- Liquidity planning
- Controlling review
- Leading a team of one controller and one accountant – maybe more in the long run
- Asset management and insurance
- Internal compliance policy
