JOIN OUR EXECUTIVE OFFICE IN LYNGBY
We are currently searching for a seasoned Executive Advisor to join our team in Lyngby who will support our Group CFO in her daily work together with the Group CFO's Personal Assistant. You will become part of the team in COWI's Executive Office who support COWI's Executive Board, consisting of our CEO, CFO, CBDO, COO and our Board of Directors. You will work on projects related to the Executive Board together with the rest of the Executive Office.

A POSITION THAT WILL PUSH YOUR DEVELOPMENT FURTHER
As an Executive Advisor, you will work closely together with COWI's executive management and be part of the strategic decision making at the top management level. You will work closely with the CFO and the rest of the organisation reporting to her to secure good progress on the operations in the CFO area with high quality of project deliveries.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Closely cooperate with the CFO on day-to-day matters – ensure timely action and carry out or delegate and follow-up on her behalf
• Conduct analysis/research and prepare communication (presentations, speeches, emails) for and on behalf of CFO
• Guide the CFO organisation and give constructive feedback to them to ensure high levels of engagement, collaboration, and leadership
• Ensure excellent stakeholder management
• Prepare and facilitate meetings, seminars and ensure high-quality material for COWI Holding A/S Board Meetings together with the rest of the Executive Office
• Act as project manager on projects both within the CFO area and other projects managed by the Executive Office

Furthermore, you hold a master's degree in finance, accounting or a related business discipline and have 5 years or more relevant experience from a professional service firm and consulting, or from a similar position.
Additionally, you:

• Have management consultancy experience with a flair for numbers along with strong financial skills and experience of working in finance
• Have excellent communication skills in English and can translate financial figures into a compelling story that emphasizes the need for change, basic understanding of Danish/Norwegian/Swedish will be an added advantage
• Are proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Have high level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and/or confidential information and the ability to create trust with your colleagues
• Are structured, organized, detail oriented and have excellent time management and analytical skills
• Can prioritize and work on multiple assignments at a given time, solve practical issues and provide solutions on complex issues
• Can think independently and make sound judgements
