Continia has been very successful since its origin. Born in Denmark out of a strong urge to handle finance processes faster, better and more accurate, several solutions have been built specifically for and inside Microsoft Dynamics. From the very first versions of NAV to the latest versions of Business Central Online, Continia has seen it all and still supports most of the versions with its latest releases! Globally we have over 8,000 (!) unique clients in this space and more than 15,000 of our products installed because many customers have more than one! That makes Continia one of the most dominant ISV’s out there. On the latest version of Business Central Online alone we already have over a 1,000 customers active.

Although present in North America for a while, in the last two years we really invested in this market and formed our own local team. Ever since, the growth in the US and Canada has been tremendous, we are working with all the major partners and are seeing more and more traction on all fronts.

Therefore we are hiring more people, to keep up with this growth and the quality we want to deliver to our partners and customers. Right now we are looking for a Cloud Succes Consultant to help our customers to quickly get full potential out of a Continia solution on Business Central Cloud.

Who are you:

You are a proactive and extrovert personality – your motivation is to engage and help people do finance routines smarter with our solutions on Business Central Cloud.

The more success you get in this role – the more our end customers are using our solutions. And that is key to our success in the new Cloud market.

You have some experience within bookkeeping – and technical flair, so you are able to troubleshoot our solution configuration, so you can guide an end customer to handle their financial processes with our solutions. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central or similar ERP package would be preferred.

You must be structured and disciplined in the way you work to succeed in this job. You will be located in the United States and work closely with both your local colleagues as well as your peers overseas.

 Job task examples;

  • Support new partners with their first projects, guide them towards happy customers
  • Identify end customers – and related partners – who are “sleeping”, meaning it seems like they might need some help
  • Identify new ways for existing customers to gain value from our solutions.
  • Reach out to the partner and involve them in the troubleshooting.
  • If it is relevant, you must contact the end customer on behalf of the partner to make a plan to improve the situation
  • Analyze what the reason is of not using the solution (optimally), troubleshoot basic configurations and guide the customer how to perform basic processes.
  • Follow up if they stay on course according to your performance guidance

Reporting about activities towards the Partner Account Manager before and after your efforts on a specific case

This role is reporting to the CEO North America.

The position is covering a new function in our organization. So, there is a great possibility to affect the future development of this area.
