LTP Garment is a BlueSign production partner for some of the most demanding brands in the sports and outdoor industry. It has a European operation with production in Lithuania, Ukraine and Belarus, and an Asian operation located in Vietnam. LTP Garment has 5 fully owned factories complemented by subcontracting. The last couple of years has shown impressive growth for the division, and in 2021 it reached a 50% plus growth. To support the further development of the Garment Division, the company now seeks a Director of Global Operations.
In this role you will help enable LTP Garment to reach the next level with global best practice standards and processes, a continued improvement mindset and operational excellence in a digital and future proof way. You will work closely with the local executive teams both in Europe and Asia as well as with the CXOs, reporting directly to the Garment CEO. The work will be both project-driven but also involve support of local management on daily operational matters.
You will be employed at the LTP head office at Bloxhub in Copenhagen and have the possibility of working remote from anywhere in Denmark. You will report directly to the CEO of LTP Garment and can look forward to significant travel in both Europe and Asia, expected to average 80 days per year.
You must have extensive management experience and possess first-rate planning and executions skills. You have a proven track record of achieving operational and financial results and have +7 years of experience from a similar position in an international organization within the textile industry, preferably in Sport and Outdoor.
As the Director of Global Operations you must be a great collaborator, facilitator, and team player. You are a strongly driven individual, who motivates those around you through your excellent communications and people skills. In addition, you are fluent in both written and spoken English at a professional negotiation level.
There will be significant travel included in both Europe and Asia, therefore it is an absolutely necessity that you thrive in a fast-paced business environment where you meet lots of different cultures. You are passionate about the Sport and Outdoor segment and have manufacturing experience. To succeed you must have well-developed business acumen and a strategic mindset as well as the ability to work operationally. You must be able to build long-lasting business relationships based on a high level of trust and you are naturally interested in people.

Furthermore, you will:
- Drive the project for expansion of capacity in Europe and Asia including the operational and financial aspects, in close collaboration with the local teams
- Lead and support the Global Quality Assurer in establishing a global common standard for a quality process including digital documentation, global processes and SOPs both for inhouse production as well as with subcontractors and alignment with the Sustainability team, Production team and the Commercial team
- Support structural changes in the manufacturing setup with respect to the optimal balance between capacity, quality, and sustainability to meet customer evolving needs while remaining competitive
- Support a global production approach to customers
- Established global standard processes and systems including reviewing and ensuring process optimizations and operational excellence in collaboration with local teams
- Support local Directors in evaluating and establishing positions needed to ensure implementation of strategic and business development projects and project planning and execution
