To strengthen our Client Operations team, we are looking for Client Operation Specialist to solve tasks of varying size throughout the client lifecycle. This involves the operation and development of various deployment platforms including Capa, SCCM and Intune. You will work on exciting tasks and projects where you have a high degree of freedom, and you will be involved in planning the tasks together with the customer. You will be part of a strong team whose main task is to ensure the operation of our customers' end point devices.

Your responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting/bug fixing software packages
• Participating in POCs and assisting in the development of Device services
• Patch of customer clients
• Maintenance and development of deployment platforms
You will join our Client Operations Team
You will be a part of a global team with locations in Denmark and Czech Republic. Your colleagues have a close collaboration both regarding technical sparring and socializing despite of the long geographical distances. Within our small team we chat with each other daily and have weekly meetings. Since Client Operation is a part of the department Client Services, we do also arrange monthly Funny Thursdays with the other teams, and we organize workshops as well to learn more about the different IT systems that we work with every day.
What do you bring?
• You have experience as a technician, IT Supporter or consultant
• Experience with Intune and SCCM (Capa is an advantage, but definitely not a must)
• Experience with PowerShell and possibly vb. Scripting
• Preferably knowledge of Device Management
